From April to June we  had the pleasure in hosting an international student at the resource Centre. Juan came over from Ibiza to learn and experience what it is like to work at the resource centre here in Graig-y-Rhacca. Also to gain more knowledge of accounting and finance in an office environment. He  sadly left us on Friday 18th June to go back to Ibiza and put into practise everything he has learned whilst staying in Wales. Juan said he was very grateful to the staff and volunteers at the resource centre and everyone he met along the way for helping and guiding him.

On Monday 13th June we had a special visit from Jane Thompson from Bedwas High School who brought along with her three people from Kenya and one person from Ukraine for a tour of the centre and to gain knowledge about the GYR communities first partnership and the work that they do.
